They were great. Communication was good, they emailed to confirm a few days before, called the morning of the scheduled appointment to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived I used their app to 'start the clock' and used the app to make the payment at the end. They were friendly and hard working throughout.

Fast, polite and cost effective service! They did their job perfectly! I was referred to them by my friend, but still was worrying about my move, because I moved before and I know how stressful and expensive it can get. At the end of the day, they were very friendly, worked very fast and gave me a great price for the time and amount of furniture and other stuff they moved, including BBQ and old style piano. During the move one of the pieces of my blinds at the new place fell and broke down. The movers apologized and in 3 days brought me brand new piece.

I have used Real Pro Movers 3 times in the past 2 years to move my 2 bedroom apartment. They always make it work even though I leave it to the last minute to book. These guys are professional, respectful, and really nice! They have always impressed me with how hard they work to get the job done quickly but still taking lots of care with the belongings. Definitely recommend!

I ended up moving very last minute and had to find movers really fast, so after a few failed attempts I called real pro movers and was able to get an estimate and make a booking right away which was a huge stress reliever. The movers were fast and careful and completed the move almost exactly to the estimate even though there ended up being some extra stuff I forgot to mention. I will for sure be using them again and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs movers!

Remember the first Sunday in March - March 5th...the same Sunday where on the Saturday before it, it was bright sunny sunshine? It is supposed to be near spring, and instead big fluffy mounds of snow! I called Ryne, expecting to reschedule the move because we live on a slope - I figured taking the truck down a road that city trucks won't go down would be kind of crazy...
