Paul and his crew were on time, quick, and friendly. They did a fantastic job. Better call Paul.

I just moved from North Vancouver to our new place and was pleasantly surprised at the efficient and speedy move. Good guys to have as they took care to get all our stuff downstairs without denting walls or scratching anything. I would imagine that people who have had less desirable results are griping about the company rather than putting the blame on the individual's who were employed by the company. Our movers were polite and cooperative . When we move again they will be the priority movers. Thanks guys.

NIGHTMARE!NEVER. EVER HIRE THIS CO.WORST IN HISTORY! Showed up one man short...made reservation over 1 month..phoned to confirm 3x..3days in advance...asked to call dispatch to see where 3rd mover is...did not do...just drove away...damaged Japanese Cheery blossom tree driving in...did not let anyone know they were leaving...spoke about another job that day! Left me without any movers at month end...had to delay move with new movers! Dispatcher Peter did not pick up the phone at all to voice concern...NEVER,EVER HIRE THESE BAD MOVERS

In the short time these guys were at my building I managed to get 3 complaints from other residents about these guys letting no one else use the elevator as well as being rude to several residents. They even used the clients mattress to wedge the elevator door open as it continuously tried to close on it. They also destroyed the clients room while moving things out.. Do not use these guys.. Ever.

The worst moving company I have ever dealt with. I spoke to Paul on the phone and booked the truck for our move. We needed a big truck, we have nice stuff and I explained him that we need quality work, nothing can be damaged. He assured me everything will be fine. 2 days before the move, he calls me and tell me that the truck is not available (no other explanation given). He then said he can only send the small truck.. since this was the end of month, it would be tough to find another available truck for moving, I reluctantly said okay. On the day of moving, the movers showed up with a very small truck (1 ton), I had reserved a 5 ton initially. On top of that, they were sooooo rude, they refused to put blankets down so that carpets would not be damaged as it was raining out. They said all their blankets are wet and our stuff will not fit in their truck. Their truck was so old and muddy and they said that they thought this was an old small apartment move. And to top it all off, they JUST TOOK OFF!!!!!! And left us high and dry on moving day. I called the owner right away - who conveniently was gone to India. I talked to Pete on the phone, who was rude and refused to do anything or try to find us another truck and simply hung up the phone. This was the worst service we have ever had to deal with. Problems happen, its how we deal with them that sets us apart.
