The company sent 3 men to move me on August 26, 2017 . They arrived on time. They were extremely, friendly, personable and efficient. I was amazed at their speed and the knowledge in disassembling and assembling my furniture. They treated my belongings with respect and care. I don’t have one negative comment to make about the service I received from these men.. I was treated with utmost courtesy and friendliness from the beginning of my association with this company including the girls who work in the office to the General Manager. . All of them made me feel comfortable and valued. I will recommend Nanaimo Minute Men to my associates, family and friends. Moving can be very stressful but for me, it was a peaceful and enjoyable experience.

Most of the local employees Top Notch and try and do the best they can for their customers or for their image Majority of the higher-ups staff couldn't give a rat's ass Owners are only out for the dollar even at the cost of other Movers in the same Nationwide company

All the staff was very friendly and professional, I got my quote quickly and was able to book without any problems. The movers showed up on time and were prepared with extra boxes, bags for mattresses etc. They were extremely careful with our furniture and boxes.

If you want to start off with problems with your neighbors this is the company to use. My new neighbors moved in a week ago using this company. We share a driveway as we live in a townhouse complex, and the movers parked half in my driveway. When i noticed i went out to speak to them as my fiance was coming home in a couple hours and he would need tp park in our driveway. The movers said they plan on getting the move done as fast as possible as they want to be on a ferry that night, so at this point we were heading out for the night and told them it should be fine until we come home. After being told that he didn't want to move the truck as he now had an insecure load and didn't want to break their stuff. Come 9pm at night we come home and have to park across the street, we take our dogs for a walk and when we came back asked them to please move their truck, as now they had moved their truck and taken up our whole driveway. They basically told us that it wasn't their problem and they are not moving their truck, all with attitude and not being willing to compromise what so ever. My fiance got into an argument with the mover regarding them now trespassing, and they had half an hour to get off of our property. It should be noted that they took 7 hours to unload the two bedroom two bathroom townhouse. Luckily the new neighbors were decent and we managed to work it out with them. Both my fiance and i worked very early the next morning and all we wanted was to park on our property and go to sleep. The company left at 10pm, which in my opinion they must have been wasting time throughout the day. The next day i sent a complaint to the company and still have yet to get an apology from them. This is a horrible company and i wouldn't use them ever.

If I could remove the one star I would. Worst moving company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Run as fast as you can from this outfit.
