Employees carrying out the packing and moving of goods were unfriendly. 1 of the movers from the ferry terminal lower mainland location was rude, complained and seemed frustrated when I asked him to unpack most items as per the contract; he acted as though I was making his life more difficult. The mover broke a light fixture in the entryway and put shards of glass in the recycling container and did not tell us. We received notice from our strata a couple of weeks later but not within the 7 days required to make a claim. We lost our security deposit due to this. When I asked the moving company rep for the damage form he did not respond right away, I had to follow-up and then he sent it to me. The form indicates damages need to be declared within 7 days, which means I would not have had an opportunity to submit a claim due to the lack of attention and inappropriate behavior of the mover who broke the light.

If I could remove the one star I would. The worst moving company I have ever dealt with. Run as fast as you can from this outfit.

Grossly overcharged/under estimated. I tried to discuss the issue with management and was repeatedly ignored. I left many messages to no avail. It seemed they just wished I would go away. It has been approx. 6 weeks and they have washed their hands of me and I still have yet to hear a response to my damage claim. I assume it will be pittance if anything. I should have heeded the warnings in the comments and reviews. I strongly recommend avoiding Parker Relocation Group. If you find that you have no choice but to use them, expect to pay about 30% more than the quote. They told me the est. was to industry standards. Worse case scenario he said. (LOL Yeah right) One year before we moved and used a different company, the move was farther away, more stuff and still cost less. (oh yeah, nothing was broken). We sent the Parker guys home before they were done because of the time it was taking. The president should be more concerned with customer relations and accurate estimates. Horribly disappointed.

Our move went extremely well. The loading and unloading of our furniture and boxes went very professional and fast. Thank you
