Thus guys helped me to move from Toronto to Vancouver, everything came in one peace, they offered storage until I found a good place to live. Everything was in time and it was a good experience. Recommended!

If you want to be disrespected and called very derogatory and rude names before even getting an accurate estimate this is the company for you.

BEWARE - FIND A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO USE!!! If you decide NOT to listen to my warning, then it's on you. This move happened in August of 2016. Things you should be made aware of: - My mom told them how many items we had and how many bedrooms to move and they showed up with a Penske rental truck that was too small for the load and I knew it the moment the truck pulled into the yard. The original moving day was a Saturday, they loaded what they could, possession date was on Tuesday for the new owners and they showed up on Monday, very late afternoon to load the rest of the items. - The manager of the moving company would not take my call and told his movers not to give me his direct number because he didn't want to speak with me. - As they are moving items from your home into their trucks, they are marking EVERYTHING as damaged. (ask to see their paperwork as they are filling it out.) - Cecelia seems very nice on the phone when she is getting you a quote, but the moment they deliver your damaged items, she will put you on ignore or forward you to claims where they will offer you $250.00 for over $4,000 worth of damage. - They will show up in a Penske rental vehicle, load your stuff, take it to a cross dock, unload it and reload on a transport across (in our case from Alberta to Ontario), unload in Toronto, load it on a delivery truck and deliver it. Math test people, how many items do you think they will damaged by loading and unloading that many times?!? - They called my mom at the last minute on Thursday before a long weekend Monday to say they will be delivering on Monday to have the cheque ready, she hadn't purchased a car yet and she moved to a very small town in Ontario that is a 35 minute drive to Simcoe to get to a BMO and get a money order for them but she said she can do it on Monday morning when I got there, they said no that they would deliver the items the following week and when they showed up, they EXTORTED over $1,000 in shipping fee's from my retired mother before they would off load her items. (SIC) If you decide to use these people, go into it with your eyes wide open and get insurance to cover your load. My mom was smart enough to have insurance on her shipment so her insurance company paid her back the entire amount of the shipping costs (over $11,000.00) and were going after Across Country Movers legally for the money because they labelled EVERY item as damaged as they were loading it into the truck!

If you want to refinish all your furniture and have over 90% of it destroyed. This company is exactly the dreadful horror story you hear about. Shouldn't even have one star.

Thieves, liars and cheats!! I am in the process of a dispute with these creatures! They never delivered over $11,000.00 of my stuff, made my wife sign before they unloaded, dumped the stuff on the ground and drove away. Whet they did deliver was damaged and dirty. FRAUDS!
