What could have been a really rough time turned out to be so much better than I expected. For starters, Brandon gave us a very complete estimate of charges and we left open the possibility of needing packers... After 8 days out of town for my dad's memorial service I got back exhausted and in no mood to pack! Jay and Jr showed up and totally crushed it! Almost 1500 sf of everything under the sun completely packed up inside of 5 hours! Then - perfectly on time Monday AM - Charley, Jr, and Gavin arrived and worked so hard and so efficiently that I was nearly packed into a box and loaded onto the truck myself! On the other end - they unloaded, put the boxes in the appropriate rooms where they belonged and so far, after 2.5 weeks, only ONE wine glass has been found broken! One odd thing - they packed a lot of small boxes into a big wardrobe and in it was ALL of my makeup-- we're talking $$$$$! I thought the boxes were lost or left on the truck, but one call and Charley remembered packing them into the big box, and there they were!! Happy customer! So happy with them that I am going to have them move my 84-year-old mom into her new home next month!! As I said, they made a very stressful time a whole lot letter. Charley runs his crew like clockwork. They all got hugs at the end of the day!

I am a happy repeat customer. Swan's has moved us locally, stored our entire household goods for six months (at less cost than self-storage), facilitated an out-of-state move and guided us through a small, under 1000 pounds shipment over the last 2 1/2 years. Each encounter was handled in a friendly, helpful and professional manner. Jeff and Dan helped ease my moving stress each time and delivered Swan's services in adherence with their cost and schedule estimates and without loss or damage. I feel very fortunate to have selected Swan's Moving and Storage.

Moving is never fun but Swans (Bellingham) and Prestige (Bend) did just what they said they would do. The packing was well done, the loading went quickly and the delivery was on time. We had no problems communicating with the driver re the schedule. Only reason for four stars is that we had a broken dresser handle, probably due to the inexperience of the helpers doing the unloading. They made a mistake but it's easily fixed at minor cost.

From the initial phone call to the move of our growing business, it could not have gone smoother. I was highly impressed with the level of service they provided and you can tell they are pros and have their systems dialed in so you don't have to worry. I highly recommend them!
