A number of months ago I renewed my credit card, my automatic monthly payment was not updated, my own mistake and I completely understood that they put a second lock on my unit while I paid up the late storage rent. That's business, it makes sense and it was my own fault. One full month ago that balance was paid in full, I was informed that they would remove the lock. Today I arrived at my locker this morning to pull out my winter tires, and found the lock -still- on my locker. I called their office and they were quick about getting the on site attendant (their location up the hill) to come and unlock my unit, so I appreciated that. I do not appreciate the lack of follow up after my account had been paid in full, and I do not appreciate "...he had a late night last night, he was due to take it off last night when making his rounds, he must have missed it..." Either their SOP is to remove a lock a full month -after- an account is paid in full(unacceptable), or more likely I was being lied to in a casual fashion. I would be less upset if there was no attempt to explain why beyond "I'm sorry, not sure how this happened, we'll fix it straight away." Very disappointing experience today.

If I could give negative stars for this place, I would. We signed an agreement for one unit and they are trying to charge us for 2 units. We have paid the amount that is owing for the one unit but because we refuse to pay for a second unit they are holding ours and our baby's stuff. When I called to speak with them, I was hung up on then told that because I wasn't there to sign, they wouldn't talk to me. Even with permission. Very, very poor customer service and would definitely not recommend this place for anyone. Would hate for anyone else to get ripped off.

Have stored our RV there for two years and have not had a single problem. I find that staff is always willing to help out when they can and if they are not sure, they take the time to find out answers for me. I have nothing negative to say about this facility, I would never think of storing my stuff anywhere else. Keep up the good work! I highly recommend this business.

After a year with 4 Corners Storage, we ended up leaving as the theft and damage to our RV and boat was just to much to handle. First it was diesel theft from our truck to the tune of about $80 loss. Then it was the slashed boat covers (which are very expensive to repair and are never the same), done by thieves who apparently wanted to find out if we stored money under the front seat of the boat (duh...). The final incident on the day that we showed up to move the boat out, was finding oil splashed all over the top boat cover. When these issues brought to management's attention, we were treated to deer in the headlight looks of shock, all very insincere and generally followed by slight admission that there had been 'security issues'. While issues like described here do happen, the most disappointing part of this is that 4 Corners Storage is not well managed. When we brought the issue of the vandalized boat covers to their attention in June, we were told that they had had an issue back in March. They obviously never checked their patrons property and/or didn't care enough to call and let us know that there was an issue with our stuff that needed attention. My sincere suggestion is that they get out of their little office in the front and manage their property a bit better. Patrons would certainly appreciate this more in the long run than being offered a stale cookie.
