Worst freight company ever. Employees are rude. Did not let me know our freight was there. Was told I could pick up. Drive 20 mins to pick up and was then told That the forklift driver could not load for us for 30 mins. This is the 4th shipment all 4 total mess ups and rude service.NEVER AGAIN. DOES NOT DESERVE A STAR.

Was called Monday and told they had 3 boxes for me and what did I want done with them. I replied "delivered please, that's what I paid for". Was told it would be between 11am and 3 pm. This person who called was rude. At 4 pm I called and was told it would be the next day and when I asked why was put through to dispatch. She was very nice and said she was not told it was to be delivered that day and said it would be Tuesday between 11 and 3. I called at 4 on Tuesday and was told it was on the driver's truck and would be soon. I called again at 5 and was told the driver didn't stop until all items off the truck and it should be soon. At 5:30 I was called and said driver had mechanical issues so it would now be Wednesday. I called at 3:30 on Wednesday and spoke with same person who first called - she was rude yet again. Finally at 5:30 on Wednesday they were delivered - total distance was 10 km. Does not deserve 1 star. Will not use again and have advised Costco of the issues.

GET AN MS number with your quote. Upon delivery, which did not go smoothly, the invoice I was handed was $68.00 more than the quoted price. The first explanation given was "prices are subject to change". I refused on the grounds that I was told to write down the MS number so I wouldn't be charged more. Next excuse was "there's a residential fee". I still refused because I was told that that was part of the price. I'm really lucky that my goods were already delivered before this came up or who knows what would have happened.
