They were closed when I showed up during normal business hours and it was a bit hard to find but Greyhound is by far the best way to ship stuff reliably and for reasonable prices.

Rarely open when they say they will be and usually never give the correct hours of operation online or when phoning Greyhound which is very frustrating seeing as I use this location (Nelson) multiple times a month. Most of the workers are great though and very helpful when a problem arises or if you have a concern about your ticket.

Exceptional service, the woman at the counter was friendly and helped me out when I thought I wasnt able to purchase a ticket anymore. They have also improved their buses (finally!) :) They are indeed roomier inside, and there is wifi, though when your going through the mountains it really does cut in and out. It is great to have a physical presence at the depot!! :)

got a ticket from Nelson to Kelowna (round trip). made cashier very aware it was for myself AND my five year old. cashier asked me the usual info about baggage for myself and daughter. seemed everything was in order. got home and really looked over ticket. ticket was good for only myself. called 1800 number, they confirmed it was indeed only a ticket for myself. called Nelson GH and spoke to supervisor/manager, he wrote us up a free ticket (round trip) for my daughter. moral of the story: check with the cashier to see if all the information they took was correct, check your ticket, then check it all again and once more for good measure! an easy fix in the end, but was a bit of a headache.
