Terrible experience! One star is too much for them! Everything was wrong, form the late arrival to finish very late in evening. It was taking hours and hours to move things from my small bedroom apartment. I am wondering: how much time will they need for a big house? This was an agony. I called the company many times to complain and finally, they sent one more person. On the top of everything, they broke the glass bowel. I was emotionally attached to that bowel, but they didn't' care. After many back and forth emails (the manager wasn't able to talk to me on the phone for some many reason, just name it...) they didn't want to pay for that damage even I had their insurance. My friendly advise: DO NOT MAKE MY MISTAKE, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!

Employees had no idea what they were doing. Rather then continuing to help, the secretary was arguing with her boss over the phone then then pursued to complain to me about the workplace and employees there, and how things are always did organized. Which doesn’t seem to be a surprise. Probably be best to be looking at a couple other companies before choosing these guys. All I wanted was 2 boxes... Too much to ask I guess?...

Do not hire this company to move your belongings. My entire house was emptied in 3 hours by way of writ of possession issued to my abusive ex partner who had me and our 2 kids evicted as punishment for my seeking spousal support. I was denied access to my exemptions as per the law. On time would only allow me to take all of nothing and with nowhere to move my possessions I only wanted to take the furniture and what is necesary. When I went to get my belongings I discovered my $800 bed frame had two legs snapped off (Found in the top drawer of a dresser), the mid beam support of my sons bed snapped in half, my daughter’s $600 dresser full of dents and one of the drawers had the front ripped off, my sons dresser drawers all bent so they don’t open smoothly. My tv was just laying on the concrete with one of the corners smashed, one of the legs broken off my couch, one of my upholstery chairs huge black stain. The bailiff claims he moved my stuff into storage because it was all in good condition and they didn’t want anything to get stolen from my front yard - my complex is practically a gated community! I was offered $200 compensation which can’t even buy a new bed frame let alone 2, 2 dresses, a couch, a tv and a chair. What a joke these people employ complete incompetence. My children are devastated and traumatized by their father kicking them out and then to see their belongings so destroyed. I will be filing complaints with BBB and filing a lawsuit. Unacceptable way to treat people’s hard earned belongings.

My furnitures were moving in a red carpet:) so funny!! I appreciated so much the care the guys showed and the way how it is organised everything wrapped up and perfect. I'll strongly recommend to everyone!!

They higher people from tent city or rain city only junkies live in those places and not to mention they are not fair with the way their employees are treated
