I agree with the lack of communication. We booked to move the piano from Surrey to Burnaby a week ago. There was no response to our messages other than the first contact, which gave me worries till the day before that I finally got talking to them. However, I was very impressed with their attitude and their professionalism. The piano was well protected, wrapped, and moved. I would recommend them to anyone or use them again in the future.

I bought my daughter a small Kawai piano off of craigslist and the service, communication and professionalism from the piano movers was amazing! They wrapped the piano up with saran wrap, blankets and cardboard and the movers were very careful with protecting my floors. Very happy with everything from start to finish.

The three guys were friendly, kind and professional. Would definitely recommend this company.

I would love to be able to review these guys for their actual help. Instead, they are making it impossible to even book their services! I sent in an email form requesting a quote. Didn't hear back. Then called. Heard back, and they wanted to do it that very afternoon because they were in the area. While I did really appreciate the offer, I couldn't get ahold of the folks that were giving up the piano, so we couldn't do that. Piano Movers told me they'd be back out in my area again in a few days. I asked them to call the day prior and we could go ahead. They didn't call. I called them and left a message two days after they said they'd be able to do it. They still haven't called me back. So, unless you're cool with chasing these people down, try elsewhere.

The lack of communication from this company is appalling. I inquired about moving a piano and spoke with a gentleman named Tom. He said he would be in the area on a certain day and I told them I would confirm the next day. I tried to contact them and no one got back to me or responded. Giving them the benefit of the doubt and thought they just had a lot of customers at the moment I called back a week later and managed to speak to someone again. We set a date and time. I received no follow up confirmation the day prior from them. The day of I had an emergency from work, I had 3 missed calls from them and when I tried calling back, which was about 20 mins after they called, there was no response so I texted them and still no response when I called a third time they sent my call to voicemail. Although I was late for our appointment the lack of communication and professionalism surprised me. They left me stranded with a piano that I needed to be moved. Not worth your time or money.
