Reliable and good to deal with. The movers are very careful and attentive.

Jul 14, 2014
In planning our across country move, the only thing that was pleasant with this company was the guys that showed up to pack up the house. They were courteous and pleasant. The company rep that came to estimate our house first off, criticized the condition of our house, which was in the middle of us preparing to sell and pack, and also did not follow up well after hired to do the move. I had to drive an hour to pick up boxes I was told were going to be dropped off. In the end, he had not conveyed the right information to the packing crew - he underestimated the amount of box packing needed, as well as the amount of space needed. I received no confirmation of our container leaving Winnipeg, nor received any updates from the company as to when to expect it. In my efforts to find out how much longer I'd be sleeping on an air mattress and eating out, I told to contact dispatch, who told me to contact the delivery company in Vancouver. After I told him I already had, and they told me to contact him, he got defensive and rude, instead of being helpful in figuring out if my container actually left the yard. I did find out finally through the delivery end that my container had not yet arrived to Vancouver 2 weeks after it was packed. I'll try to update this once I see how everything arrives.
