Scheduling with the office was easy and pleasant. They keep it simple. Our moves arrived on time and were friendly and efficient. But it’s their added touch of caring when setting the furniture up at my Moms that was above and beyond! Paul and Chad were excellent! Thank you

Kudos to the delivery team. Very professional!! Would recommend this company.

Showed up at 4:20pm to pick up an item and no one was there despite their own website showing that they are open until 4:30pm. I realise that's cutting it close but I have zero patience for workers who knock off early at the expense of their customers. That alone is TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Rolly’s provides the depot for the Bay furniture pick up. I have never had worse service in my life and I’m really old! I have been trying to get a table since end of April and 2 came broken, the 3rd was all marked up and still waiting for a good one. They have had the 4th table there for almost 2 weeks but are waiting for a sunny day to open it and make sure it is good. Really??? It take 2 minutes to inspect. Every single time they say “we will call you” but never do. They said for all the issues I had they would deliver it. I thought oh great until I got the “oh sir you will need to be home Between 8 and 12pm to except delivery”. I work 3 minutes from home so I ask if they could call 20 min ahead and I’ll meet them there. The response was” oh we can’t guarantee that we will remember to call so you need to be there”. Wow what a poorly organized business.
