I had high hopes for this company, however the day of my move, one of the movers was extremely slow (moving one item at a time in the truck) and I witnessed he had to be re-directed many times to get moving ( they charge per hour). Also, I noticed the time started from when they left the facility to my home was 45 min and originally was quoted it would only take approx. 15 min to get there (again, everything is timed). I was also told that the $2000 I paid covered everything, but then 2 weeks later I find a charge of $406.80 and apparently that's the storage cost for 1 month! When I brought this to their attention, I was told it was explained...it was not. If I had known this earlier, I def would have went with another company. Almost $3000 to move....def not worth the price. Will update once I get my items delivered to my new home.
*NOTE* Just wanted to update that once I got my items delivered, I was charged another $1400 and I did reach out as I got a response to my original review, however no one got back to me. Please for your own sanity, go with another company! Not one that provides you a quote and then almost doubles it when everything is said and done.
