Having worked with Globe Moving many years ago in property management, I knew who to call to move my Mom from her home of 46 years. From the first call, to moving day, your company made the transition for us a breeze, and the two movers conducting the move, were very personable as well as professional. Mom was so pleased with their work, making the new chapter to apartment life smooth and easy. First of all, I really appreciate that you answered my call urgently last Monday, December 18th, 2017. You acted quickly, swiftly with sensitivity. You were able to take care of my mother's urgent move needs with ease. You made this move possible for us, and we are forever grateful. I am here visiting from Montreal, we bought my mom a new condo on Wilkes and you took great care to ensure we were taken care of within 48 hours even during the holidays. The team you sent, Craig, James + Vern were just amazing. Totally professional, fast and not one, NOT one broken item, out of the hundreds of items my mom had, when we unpacked everything. We couldn't help but notice how well packed her things were. They were beautifully packaged in fact. We were and still are very impressed with the great care that was taken. The boys were laughing and smiling the whole time..even when they were dealing with one elevator packed with grumpy seniors throughout the hallways :) You have no idea how at ease your team made me feel during this process. Absolutely no stress and when they came in to the new place, they were very aware of all the boxes packed and were sure to safely place the boxes in each room that made sense to be in, for example: all of the kitchen boxes were in the kitchen, or bathroom, or bedrooms. Totally impressed. This alone saved my mom and I hours of work, making it easy for us to simply unpack. They called themselves "interior decorators", and really, they were! We were able to create a shelved pantry with what my mom had...there was no way I could have done that without their help. We were also impressed by how clean the job was done. They fully respected both locations, did not damage any of the elevators or hallways, or walls. It was 150% or more a positive experience. Thank-you so much for making this experience perfect, even on some of the coldest days, in the middle of winter with smiles, professionalism and speed. If only life were this easy. Thank-you from the bottom of our hearts. We would recommend your services over and over again. What an incredible company you and your team represent!
