Incredibly rude, stopped in for gravel was told its our day off... said oh your website says open till 6... her response oh that's old, I suggested she update the site... her response "I don't have to do anything it's my day off" and walked away waving her hands... would not recommend, like at all, period!

Extremely rude workers on site each time I was there this summer. One person, who I was led to believe was the owner, treated us particularly poorly, openly complaining that we were not buying enough product to make it worth his while, indicating that his equipment costs $125/hr to run (I actually bought 5 large granite stones, 3 yards of 1/2" granite and 6 yards of mulch). This past week I called to see if they were open on Saturday, and I was told 8am-12 noon. When I arrived there at 8:30 they were closed. I ended up driving down Main Street and got my product cheaper at another location, and treated very nicely.

Not impressed with their black granite stones. It’s filthy and full of sand and dirt. Also we ordered 1.5 inch and they had big portion all sorts of pea gravel size and .5 inch in there. If we had known this we wouldn’t have wasted our money and should have got it elsewhere. They cheap out and mix your rocks with sand and silt. Not up to standards. I’ve ordered for other jobs from elsewhere and they were clean. If professional landscapers got this for their customers they would surely lose business and get bad complaints.

This company is the worst i have ever dealt with. in my life. They said they would show up on 3 different occasions. They did not. Finally when they did come with the landscaping material they DEMANDED payment immediately or they refused to dump it. They harassed me at work while I was busy, to get me to pay over the phone. I even offered to have them take their product if they could not wait until I was available to call it in, which is grossly unacceptable anyways. My husband called them to complain about the treatment I received, as they were rude, intimidating, obnoxious and scary, and their reception started yelling and swearing at him on the phone and hung up. DO NOT DEAL with them save yourself the trouble They all sounded and looked like they were dealing and using Meth BTW.

I called and ordered 3/4 limestone for roadwork. The owner doug said the gravel would be there withen the day and there was going to be 4 trucks running, well. No trucks ever came for over a week. When he did show up the lime stone was mixed with mud, pea gravel. When I called to tell him, he told me that i was lying and maybe i should actually look at the material. Than he proceeded to say I was dumber than a rock and hung up. He is abusive, a narcissist, and just a total loser in general. If I were anyone I would go buy material else where and lot waste your time with this joke of a company.
