Excellent people. Joe the driver of the moving truck was professional, courteous, and careful. He went above and beyond. The people who loaded and unloaded were of the same quality. I would most definitely recommend this company

I was reading the review from Kimberly Dawn and it was like I was reading my own experience. NEVER again will I hire this company. All world moving should be looking into there own agent. Had two loads going, one to B.C. which was over a week past due, item missing, which was told they were still in Fredericton ( apparently tagged wrong) and one they took it upon themselves to throw in the garbage without so much as a call. Items damaged T.V. and a bed.

I recently hired all world moving Fredericton for a move to Ontario. I wanted to hire a local company to ensure the best service and least likelihood of getting "scammed" I was happy with the initial appointment when the moving consultant "Jeff " came to give me a quote based on my contents. I was also really happy with the guys who moved my stuff out of my old place onto the truck. However, it was extremely difficult to get a date for delivery, and was not until the very last minute that I had confirmation of when my things would arrive in Ontario, and I was very patient with this. The real problems started in Ontario when all of my things didn't arrive. The driver had me sign a form that all of my things had arrived. It was HOT, and stressful, as any move is, so I signed. Almost immediately after I signed, I realized there was about $1200 worth of goods missing. And, they make you pay up front, so you have no recourse for missing items! I notified "Jeff" in Fredericton right away, and was assured my missing things were left at the warehouse in Fredericton. Eventually after several unanswered emails to Jeff inquiring about my items, I got an email back saying my items had been shipped to Ottawa. (2.5 hours from where I live) When I asked about next steps in getting the goods to me, my emails went completely unanswered. NO accountability was taken for my items. Moving across the country is stressful enough. I hired a friend and local company in hopes of alleviating exactly what happened. With no where left to turn I called head office and was told I had to put in a claim for missing items, but I signed off that I received everything so likely nothing would be done! Even though I have proof from the manager "jeff" that my stuff was left in Fredericton and it was All world moving error. There is absolutely NO accountability in this industry, if you don't have someone honest and committed to service, keep shopping around and don't sign off until you know you have EVERYTHING. Eventually I received half of my goods back thru a lady at head office that got it here for me, but the rest is still in Ottawa as far as I know, and its been two months since I moved and cost me over $2000. I have not received an apology or offered anything, not even my own stuff. Pretty sad. I know a lot of people and am always happy to refer when I get excellent service, and I rarely write reviews. If I can save one person from having to go thru what I went thru, its worth it. Kim Springer (Flinn)
