I have used this company numerous times. They have always been prompt and professional. Would highly recommend.

We used East Coast Movers for our last move in September. They showed up over an hour late. The lead mover YELLED at me that our new apartment was a “hell hole”, because the parking was difficult. He later made a sexual comment to a family friend, told us to use a different mover next time and then capped off the day with a racist joke. When we shared this with the company we received a full refund, which was appreciated. We were also assured that the employee in question would be dealt with and that no one else would have this experience.

Used this company when I moved last year. They were professional, showed up exactly when expected, were quick, took extra steps to make sure furniture and walls were protected they even took the extra time to put pieces together and remove an extra couch that wouldn't fit in the apartment. With another move coming this summer, called the owner who had lots of great advice about preparing for the move as well as what to expect if we decide to hire the company again. Very happy with the service!

I want to commend East Coast Moving and their workers for the amazing stress free move they did for me and my family. The men who came to the house to packed were very professional and polite and showed upmost care for my personal belongings. My move was completed in a timely manner and I would not hesitate to call upon them again if the need arises. Thank you East Coast Saint John NB. Judy
