This company is not trustworthy. One day after they delivered to my new address I realized that a box of camera equipment was missing. I had to call the company 6 times to have the equipment delivered. Every time I called their office I got a different person on the phone who didn't know anything about my missing camera equipment. Also, they did not give me full credit for the deposit amount that I paid up front. In the end my bill was $400 more than I had originally been quoted. This company is shady. They boast about their Better Business Bureau rating, but they aren't even registered with BBB. I move often because of my work and plan to use a more reputable company in the future.

Hercules was able to help my family out when we faced a tight move-out deadline. Our experience with the company was all-around great - the movers were all professional, efficient and courteous. Hercules helped our move across Ontario be as seamless and efficient as possible.

I had a very good experience with Hercules during my recent move. Their office was very responsive from the beginning to my emails / phone calls. Moving supplies were dropped off on time as arranged. On the day of the move, the movers arrived right on time. Everything was handled with care; wrapped, taped, blanketed, etc. The movers did not waste any time. Overall, a very good service at a competitive price.

Amazing service at a great price. The guys were very quick, polite and careful. The quotation process was done very precisely and there was no unexpected charges. I took a chance and recommended this company to my roommate before I even did my moving and both of us had an outstanding service. Will definitely hire Hercules again for my next move!

I never write reviews. Actually this is my first so I guess it means something. Our piano is like family. Its not just furniture to us. My better half is a great pianist and we enjoy it very much. Over the last few years we have had to move it 4 times until it finally made its way home. We used Hercules the first time and subsequently every other time. Why? not the price (although extremely competitive), but because they respected the piano and took care of it each and every time. They genuinely cared about it, its safety, and its placement. Always professional and always careful. They treated our home as if it were theirs and to every precaution to do it right. I was very satisfied and grateful we chose the right company and the right teams. Thank you for treating us well and taking care of our piano.
