Love the new location on High Street and the store layout. Went in to price out services and will be back!

Absolutely sad, they should have a never use instead of stars... My mom and I decided to have fragile belongings along with some other things sent back West from Bridgewater UPS, instead of in our suitcases on the plane. The guy even pasted them with fragile stickers. A week later my box shows up... Absolutely demolished... I purposely purchased uhaul boxes, the durability is like no other, even made sure all the sides were taped extra for protection. Once I opened it, I found my metal tin with breakables so dented I had to use a tool to open it. The few things I got from my deceased Great Gram were broken. Old hats bent out of shape. Couldn't understand how it could happen. Especially taking the time to make sure the box was packed so nothing would move, along with many fragile stickers on each one. The next day the second of 3 shows up. Ripped open, the metal bead case that was fine when left was now so bent and dented, it tilted, the containers to hold the beads inside, all cracked. Again all boxes were packed so things couldn't move... Third day, the third box finally shows up. Not only mashed to no end but also one whole side of the box was wide open... So whom knos what was lost (slippers my Great Gram made for sure)... Tried to contact the man whom helped us, just to be ignored. Called the main office, all we got was the run around, sent to so many different people, to be sent to someone else. They don't care if your things are lost or broken. Charge hundreds to ship, yet no heart to actually do their jobs. Thanks for breaking the few keep sakes I was able to have of my deceased Great Gram, and do nothing!
