Our move went amazingly well, from Milton to Hamilton. I've never been so impressed with any service from any industry. I'm so impressed that I told many including my neighbors, our real-estate lawyer and any one I talked to. These guys are the hardest working guys I've ever met. If you want the job professionally done call on Two Men And A Truck.

I had my belongings stored for two years with this disgusting company when I went t move for May 1st 2018 not only did they force me to use their services again which I did not want to as they charged me 1500.00 for a local move. They claimed I signed a contract with them stating I would use them again, they lied there is no such contract. They quoted me 1000.00 again an unrealistic price for moving as I had another storage unit with uhaul. Uhaul was going to charge me 380.00 with tax for a 20 foot truck for 24 hours 2 movers for 4 hours. @ men and a truck refused to let me use mu own movers and truck. In the end I had to pay these slimy scheming unprofessional jerks 750.00 to move my items. they were to arrive at 2 pm May 1st 2018 nope n phone call I had to call them.. I was told they were running late and would arrive before 4pm.. Nope not 4 not 5 not 6 pm they showed at 645pm my dining room table and coffe table which were wrapped when I moved were wrapped. The coffee table was just thrown in the truck yes I have witnesses and pictures badly scratching the table which I paid 1000.00 for a chunk taken out of my dining room table. There is no way the movers earned the 750.00 as it only took them 1,5 hours to unload and im sure it took them an 1.5 to load probably less they way they just threw my table in the truck... so they over charged me 2 hours... I realized while unpacking that my table legs for my smaller dining room table were missing along with about 6 boxes with bathroom and bedding items. I called Monday May 7th to complain again to be treated very rudely by Wendel Costello operations manager. The table legs were brought to me but n boxes which are still missing and these jerks refuse to tell me were they are. The movers even stated on May 1st 2018 my moving day "that they had a hard time finding my thins" how is that possible I asked to which these guys had no answer for. Im still waiting for the call as to were my missing boxes are and when the damages to my furniture are going to be repaired. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and suing this organization in civil court. And James the ignorant discriminatory jerk needs a lesson in customer service actually every single employee there needs help in doing a proper job. even the 2 years my items were in storage these people were rude, uneducated, and couldn't answer the simplest of questions or even take out the monthly storage fees on time. Do not ever use these guys spread the word I am not the only one t be complaining and filing complaints. this company needs t be shut down. in the mean time they need to stop lying, and over charging customers. if I could give this company a negative million stars it still wouldn't be enough... Real boys' club. I've heard good things however, from older and more affluent family members than myself, so... The company itself may be quite good. The management is simply ridiculous and hypocritical, but I'm sure their employees and movers and truck drivers are fantastic ☺️😊👍 Very old men running a company with old, outdated concepts - which is disconcerting.

Had a great experience with this company. Right from the start there was excellent customer service. The crew that came to our home were on time, polite and respectful. The office called mid-morning to check up on things, which I really appreciated. We ended up going over the estimated time on the quote, but it was okay with us because the men were working hard the whole time. They took excellent care of our furniture, no damage to either home, quick and efficient and they put back together our beds and large desks. We moved into a new subdivision with mud everywhere. I laid down large pieces of cardboard throughout home so carpet upstairs didn't get damaged and they could keep on their shoes for efficiency. Nothing was damaged or dirtied. Jerry (the driver) was quick and particular about loading the truck and did an amazing job. Jerry, Curtis and Schmarley were hilarious, polite and FAST! They made the day go by so smoothly. It's great when people can make a stressful event an entertaining, fun one! Would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend to family and friends. Thanks for everything!!! -Laura & Andrew Milton, Ont.
