Sexual harassment

The only issue I had was with one of the gentleman they had working name Christian, a tall man part time firefighter he mentioned. He had made a vulgar remark about a females breasts and butt only to realize it was my wife's girlfriend. I was disgusted and embarrassed. Other than that innocent I felt the service was excellent and nothing was broken. I think Christian realized he messed up and wanted to get on my good side so he was being extra polite at the end of the move.

Highly recommend Ann's Cartage. Friendly, professional and on time. Have used them multiple times and have never been disappointed. Clean reliable trucks, and effiecent staff at a fair price. The staff ensure to take care of your belongings and make the moving process stress free. Great company. You won't be disappointed.

After sending images and providing a list of items we had a crew of 3 assigned for our move, and a 26' foot truck. We are in a 4 bdrm and 3 bath house with a single car garage. I had EVERYTHING packed and clearly labelled, and 40% of my items already stacked in my garage. We were 9 hrs the first day, and they had to send the truck/crew back again on the Sunday to try complete the move - which didn't happen. All told I paid for 13 hrs. $225/hr for 3 movers and $175/hr for 2 movers the following day. The crew were very polite and very careful with my things. BUT SO SLOW. And do not engage them in conversation, they will STOP and talk for a half hour. Large strong men carrying a shelf. Or a small light box, and the smaller woman struggling to carry a large item. All very time consuming. Then one of them injured themselves and was unable to walk, I spoke with the owner who offered to reduce my hourly charge the following day to 2 movers but NOT to rebate me for the 4.5 hrs that mover was basically unable to work. We got it done in 13 hrs for $3200 (which includes an hour for them to stop for gas AND 1hr travel time back and forth to their shop each way) BUT the whole family had to jump in and start hauling butt to get things moved ourselves since it certainly would've spilled into Monday/more hours/$$$. I always strive to use local businesses, but I would not choose this company to move me again. TY

I recently moved with this company last month and they exceeded my expectations right from the start Sue who I talked to on the phone was extremely helpful and reassured me that they will take care of me and that's what they did, the crew showed up on time and moved my 3 bedroom home (and I have a lot of stuff) in a very reasonable time, the total cost of the move was under the estimate, and the crew of 2 Men and 1 woman came wrapped my furniture (it was nice seeing how many blankets they had on their truck). Best part was I didn't have to hire someone else to move my piano as they moved it for me as well There was no damage to my stuff or my house (floors and walls were perfect) All in all I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move

This company was very professional, hard working, and came in under estimate. Would highly recommend them anytime. Well worth the money spent. Very fair.
