I moved from Vancouver to Toronto last year and had a wonderful experience with this company. I felt the charge was a little high as it cost me over 6grand , but other than that I was very happy with the customer service and the entire process, time frame etc.

First time I have ever used a professional moving company. They were fantastic. The landlords for my apartment building were so impressed with how much care they took in moving my furniture out of the unit (e.g., taking care not to ding up the elevator and ensuring they didn't pump any furniture into the glass entrance doors) that they asked for their business card to provide to other tenants in need of the same service. Our things arrived on time, and in great condition. The movers who moved our stuff out, and the ones who moved our stuff in were both friendly and professional. I will use these guys again for my next move!

Terrible moving experience. Packing was disorganized, items from different rooms shoved into one box. Furniture items damaged including king mattress being ripped. Damage to mattress was not disclosed by Great Canadian Van Lines, damage was discovered when turning the mattress. Paid for unpack service, agent assured unpack would be well managed and into cupboards. In reality, boxes were opened by movers, contents tipped onto the floor, beds, counters and left. Will never recommend the services of this very unprofessional company.
