I would recommend Focus movers to everyone and anyone I know. The company where I work had a big move and Focus movers were fast and efficient with everything. They made the day easy and stress free. I would hire them for my personal move if I were to ever move! By far the best price and the best team of guys who did my office move. Great job to Focus movers and to the team who helped us make our move possible!!

I hired this company in February to move from Toronto to San Diego. I was happy with the staff who wrapped my furniture and belongings. They were on time and efficient. However, the lady who was in charge of paper work was not cooperative. It would take her 5 days to respond to my emails. I had to call and email 5 times to get a hold of her. They promised March 1st but I ended up waiting till March 17th to receive everything as she delayed the process. I was not happy with the movers who unloaded my furniture. They were so careless and inexperienced. They guy who unwrapped my sofa pushed the cutter all they way in the sofa and ended up cutting the fabric. There were cracks and chips all of the my sofa and chairs. I had insured my belongings so I decided to make a claim. Again it took their staff a month to share the insurance company's information. The insurance company was not willing to replace the sofa and they offered a small amount to fix the fabric. They also mentioned the big crack that appeared during the move was due to a manufacturing issue. Overall, I did not have a great experience. I ended up paying $6000 for the move and ended up with chipped and cracked furniture.

Can't praise Focus enough... just helped deliver our possessions from the UK. The office staff were brilliant and kept us informed all the way through, and on the day, the guys who came to deliver our possessions were hard working, fast, efficient and courteous professionals. Not often I feel compelled to give a review, but these guys were that good...

Mark and his team were great throughout our moving process. They were on time, professional, and very caring of our property. The guys even had similar interests in common which made for great conversation. I highly recommend Focus Moving Services,
