We have used this company twice and they were by far the best moving company we have ever used. The young men were efficient, extremely polite, and smart! We also found they were very well priced compared to the national franchises. These men went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They showed up on time and were so kind and nice to my kids...even when some of them got in the movers way. They were so patient with all of us and handled everything with the utmost care and concern. Like it was their own stuff. Would recommend to anyone of my friends or family. Thank you A&C for a great moving experience!!

Your team was professional at all times. I've used other movers in the past, & you are far better in all accounts. Our furniture was handled with great care & they took a special effort when moving out & into our home, making sure they did not damage doorways, walls, etc. You were on time & finished before the estimated time to complete the move. Excellent work by a class act!"

It was pretty smooth. The two movers assigned to us were very conscientious with our belongings and explaining the process to us. They had to work in the rain and moved quickly to avoid our belongings from getting wet.The only thing that wasn't explained to us beforehand was that we would be billed for their lunchtime. It makes sense, we just weren't aware of it before. Still, I have recommended them to several friends, and have had at least two use them, to their satisfaction.

Disappointment from start to long after finish. First, the movers showed up almost an hour late because they forgot to store the address of the revised start location. They called for the address ten minutes before the planned start time. When they finally arrived, almost an hour late, they had excuses galore which included blaming me. Next, the notes about wrapping my furniture were inaccurate. (Who would ever give the direction of no need to wrap glass furniture for protection?) This miscommunication from the person who scheduled the appointment added time/money to the estimate and obvious frustration to the two man crew. The load up of my 10x10 storage unit was painstakingly slow. Again, this was presented as my fault because I wanted glass table tops wrapped and my storage unit was hard to figure out where to start. I actually had to start moving boxes and furniture myself to keep things moving. After this, I was asked if there was a central spot where all of my things could be put in my new home to save on unloading time. Hmmm... if I was just looking for a truck and some guys to lift the heavy stuff I wouldn't have hired "professional" movers. To top everything off with a great big sour cherry, a banking error lead to Cody "doing a background check on me", digging up anything he could about me from the past decade (not much I might add) and showing up at my home, in confrontation, at 9 pm, in the dark and completely creeping me out. The additional fees I incurred after he left my home have reached near $200 AFTER my bank reversed over $100 in fees - which, of course, he again blames me for. Again, from start to long after finish, this has been the absolute WORST moving experience in my life. MOVER BEWARE!
