I wouldnt give this company even one star but I had to. This company has a bad rating of 1 star for a reason. They steel your stuff and damage it as well. If you are even thinking of using this company don't. If you like your stuff and want to keep it use a POD. Nobody can get into your things but you. Oh BTW I have put a review on this company before and somehow they take it off. They control their FB page and have bogus comments. Beware!

I am starting a one bedroom apartment move from Michigan to Nevada. I have decided to not even go with Allied due to the lack of professionalism and concern from my would be mover. First of all I understand that a one bedroom apartment move is small for most companies but it is not small to me and I expect to be treated like I am moving an entire house. My would be mover came to my place of residence in Michigan to give me an estimate as requested. The entire time he made rude comments about how little I had to move. Once I had shown him everything and I expected to sit down and go over my options like the other companies I had received estimates from he simply stated that I would not want to spend a lot of money so what were the other estimates that I was given.... Yes I am young, 24, but that is not a factor of the amount of money I have saved for my move. He proceeded to just look at his tablet and ramble to himself about trying to find the cheapest option for me without explaining my options or addressing what my needs/concerns were with my move. Mumbling to himself more then finally saying "oh ok that would be cheapest" he said you should go with us because we are the best around and it doesn't matter what floor your apartment is on.... For most companies it doesn't matter or if it does they are upfront about it. I responded with "ok but why else" he just repeated what he said again, confirmed my email address, said again that this is such a small move that it doesn't really matter what plan I choose, even though he never even went over plans, said he would email me the estimate and abruptly left. He never emailed me my estimate. If you are a small move do not go with Allied they honestly will not care about you and won't take you seriously even if you are moving across the country.

We were scheduled on a saturday morning between 830-930am i get a call at 10am saying that we are not able to move us today that they had 10 people call in today. So we rescheduled for monday morning same time as before. They get there at 930 on the dot. Go thru the house on what they are moving and start moving stuff very slowly. I literally had 2 beds 2 dressers, kitchen table w/4 chaurs, buffet, 2 tv stand, desk, freezer, 3 night stands, sectional couch, ping pong table, and a couch (which they couldn't get out of my basement.) It took them 3 hours to move. Then it took them almost 4 hrs to move it in new house and they didn't put my stuff back together (which they were suppose to) they bumped some walls and damaged some furniture and after i bitched about them canceling on my on saturday all they discounted me was $51. Yup thats it! Never i mean never use this company again.
