Horrible horrible horrible customer service I even posted this on three of my Facebook for thousands of people to see and to never ever call you guys company I'm actually really pissed off. I called and said good morning and all they could say is yeah and stay silent on the phone so I asked about their rates all he can say is 35 dollars per man?? OK so I ask is their any down payment and his response was no... OK... so I asked for 2 guys that would be 70 per hr he said yes. Not even answering me clearly..OK.. so I told him I'll call him back he just hangs up right in my ear. So I call back and he doesn't even answer the phone with a hello but with a yes??????.... OK so I said is it OK if you can book 2 men for me for July 1st he said yes... OK so I ask him if he needs more information or anything so he asks me how much rooms I told him 2 rooms but he didn't even ask me how much stuff or furniture I have or anything not even the distance and it's just down the street and he told me it would take me more then 3 hrs... so I told him that Miracle Movers told me that will take 2 hours because they asked me all the question you guys are missing. And he tell me why don't you take them then. What type of customer service is this. I never ever interact with a company like this with absolutely no respect now you just lost plenty of customer because I have about 5 people that need to move but I'm letting them know that your company service is trash and to make sure that they tell their people to never contact you guys ever. Very unprofessional.

Had occasion to use this company Jan 7th 2015.. The two men who moved me were sensational, very hard working, kind and respectful. This company gave me a quote not noticing I was moving from Toronto to St. Catherines and provided a quote for a move within Toronto city limits. Only on the day of the move did they notice their error but with little pressure from me honoured the original quote saving me hundreds of dollars. That is integrity over and beyond in my opinion.. Knowing the bill wasn't going to be as high as expected the two movers remained friendly, courteous and very hard working throughout ; I am very very impressed with this company and feel it only proper to comment on their excellence. Called this company and asked if they can assist me moving a bookshelf up 8 flights.without even coming to assess the work he told me flat out "no, I don't want to do this" when I asked how come he states "because I don't want to" Crappy company motto. Will never call these guys again!
