We've hired Steve's moving for a previous move 6 years ago and were so impressed, we hired them again to move both us and my parents to our new home. Two separate moves from two different locations, and both were absolutely fantastic. Our movers on both occasions were professional, courteous, efficient and hard-working. They handled our furniture and belongings with care, made sure to move things to the proper places, and even helped assemble our bed frame while the bill was being drafted up. These guys made two very stressful days run smoothly, all while maintaining a great sense of humour. We came in under the estimate on both moves as well, which was an added bonus. HIRE THESE FOLKS! Their motto is more than accurate -- hiring them was the best move we made! :)

This was my first time using a moving company and it was an amazing experience: the guys were professional, helpful and went the extra mile in every way. The office staff were informative and made me comfortable, this being my first move; and best of all the prices were the cheapest around. I'll definitely use them again.

Can't really comment on their moving... we did not get that far. A week before the move, they sent along a set of about 50 confusing policies and limitations to cover themselves for insurance purposes... Then a couple of days later, they called to ask the paperwork be signed and returned, which we agreed to do. So, about an hour later, after looking over their policies, we called to try to clarify things like: "is our furniture covered for damage", but they hung up on us and stopped returning our calls. They then cancelled the move half an hour later, in response to our email where we tried to get some answers, claiming something about paperwork not being returned on time and that they had already booked someone else in that slot, even though we had agreed via phone that we would get it by the end of the day. Maybe would be a good experience if everything goes smoothly. Don't even try to ask about their policies and what happens if something gets damaged though.

Hired them for a quick move. It was a very hot day. Guys were in a huge hurry and damage our leather couch and dresser. Phoned to let them know within the 24 hours and they said that there guys didn't damage anything. The furniture was new and undamaged. They agreed to fix dress drawl and said they would order one. That was in the beginning of June. They would not repair our new leather couch as they said that we did not report it on time (it was over 24hrs) Called them to see if dresser drawl was in last week and was told yes but he was too busy and would call us on Thursday night. NO CALL. Called back over a week later and Steve said he was too busy and hung up on me when I said we are all busy and would like our drawl. Guess we aren't that either!!! WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN...VERY UNPROSSIONAL !!! ONCE YOU PLAY THEM THE DAY OF GOOD LUCK GETTING ANYTHING REPAIRED.

This was the second time we used a moving service, but this time we have 3 kids and one on the way...a lot of stuff. The three guys were very polite and professional, took great care with our furniture (and stuff), and did not scratch or damage walls floors etc. Then there was the 800Lbs piano - they had the right equipment and experience to handle that as well. Move day was very hot and humid, but the guys kept right at it. I own a trailer - Steve had suggested items that, if I moved on my own, would reduce the bill - we came in more than $100 UNDER the estimate. As a side note - they came with a fairly new Hino truck - very reliable piece of equipment. (I work in Transportation....just something that caught my eye). Oh - I also had a $2,000 High Efficiency Washer to move. I was not aware, but Steve recommended putting the shipping bolts back in place. Without this, the internal mechanisms of the washer are easily damaged in Transit, and voids the warrantee. I ordered the bolts on-line (…because who keeps these when you first get the washer) for $16 – money well spent.
