We were pleased with the service provided by Two Men and a Truck for a recent move to Toronto. They were quick and efficient and pleasant to deal with. We would use them again.

Workers were very slow initially with a rational that we want to be careful, towards the end they were dropping things and being supper careless!!! I specifically told them about handling my floor lamp but they did not even care! Customer Service is AWFUL! The movers broke my floor lamp during the move on March 17th and took the broken pieces with themselves with a promise that the company will compensate us for the damage. I contacted them next business day and it came to my forefront that lamp was sent to a third party for repair with a repair being done within two weeks. I followed up to get a status update after two weeks deadline but it took the company to respond back in 10 DAY! and after two follow up email! Eventually they responded that they will deliver in a week and contact me to set up a time. Since then I have received no call/no email/no update. Followed up twice yet no response! Should it really take 40 days!?!?!

These guys are a total sham. I have wasted months dealing with their poor customer service and their carelessness with delivering furniture. They boast about an insurance policy and delivery of items in a careful manner - they are the worst movers I have ever had. They damaged a costly item, refused to repair it completely and left it here with dirty fingerprints all over it. Their workers don’t care about quality of service and their staff are negligent. Avoid them at all costs.

Called from their website to get quote for a small one bedroom with no heavy furniture. The gentleman over the phone insisted on 3 men, I insisted against that and we came to an impasse. (I moved myself in so I can't see why they need 3 men to do what one chick can do.) Was the highest of all the quotes I've had while trying to find a trustworthy company to move my belongings. In all will not be using or recommending 3men and a truck.

Two Men and a Truck was recommended to me by a friend who also used this moving company. After my own moving experience, I too would not hesitate to recommend Two Men and a Truck. Flavino and Chris Moore (the two movers) were courteous and polite and right on time for the appointment. They were extremely efficient and very fast in their work taking great care with all furniture items. My contents were wrapped and loaded on the truck in just under one hour. And they explained the entire process to me step-by-step. Top Marks!
