University Brand has moved me several times, most recently yesterday. Staff were friendly, efficient, careful and helpful. They easily moved many hard to pack items, two arch lamps that were difficult to collapse and disassembled and reassembled frames and shelves as needed. The large truck came prepared with wrapping plastic, mattress bags and packing blankets. I couldn't ask for better service and would not hesitate to recommend University Brand!

If you value your belongings and prefer that they are moved with care and without significant damages, then you'd be best to look elsewhere. Perhaps we were spoiled from our previous moves with RJs Movers (moves that went perfectly every time). Unfortunately, RJs was unavailable for our moving date. So, upon the referral of a couple friends, some positive online reviews and a great experience with the estimator, Karen (who is fantastic!), we decided that UniversityBrand would be a great second choice. We were wrong. While the crews that moved us were certainly pleasant and hard working, they were inexperienced and did not treat our belongings with care. The end result was damage to almost everything we own and a couple of items that actually went missing. I've been in touch with the management about the damages. After a cursory "assessment" of the damages (they asked me to send pictures of the damage), they dismissed our concerns as inconsequential and have since become unresponsive. We will not be recommending or using UniversityBrand's services in the future.

Very disappointed when we used them to move a fridge. We set a time and date for pickup and discussed where the fridge was going and that it had to go down two flights of stairs. The movers were two hours late with no phone call letting us know they were delayed so we called and were told they were on their way. I received a call almost an hour later from the actual mover saying he was on his way. So, the dispatcher wasn’t honest when she said they were on their way. The movers showed up without a dolly or anything to assist them down the flights of stairs so they hand bombed it. I don’t know if one of the movers cut themselves but the fridge was covered in what looked like bloody fingerprints by the time it was done. We were still charged the full rate after all of this. I will never use this company again.

Awesome moving experience! Hard working and very courteous employees with competitive pricing. Highly recommended! The job was done right, was done timely and nothing got broken. Best move ever! Thumbs up.
