These guys are legit. Super friendly and efficient. They had to haul a couple of delicate 90's arcade cabinets from across the city from one deep and tight basement to an even tighter one, and they did a great job making it happen. Both arcades are in their new home and working perfectly. Highly recommended!

My experience was decent - not terrible, but could definitely have been better. I booked Andrew's services for a move from London to Ottawa towards the end of August, but am finally getting around to posting the review I had written back then. The reasons why I didn't give 5 stars are: -->When I first called to book his services, Andrew had confirmed he'd be able to come the morning of the move date to minimize the time I'd be spending without my stuff and maximize the amount of time I'd have to pack up, so I went with his services and provided a deposit. After getting my deposit, he relayed via email he would be coming at noon the day prior to pick everything up (not what we agreed to initially). Closer to the move date, he again needed to come earlier because of other jobs they had apparently lined up on the way. I had left it fairly last minute and didn't have any other options - it seemed to me like he was taking advantage of that by switching things around on me and adding as many jobs as he could in the timeframe of my move to maximize his profit on my inter-city move, knowing I was stuck with him. Since I had "reserved" his services first and we had agreed to him coming the morning of the move, loading up, then heading to Ottawa, in my view, he should've worked around what he had promised me or at least asked me if he could bump the pick up time (instead of asking, he stated they needed to come earlier and told me when). This made it much more difficult for me to get everything packed up in time, because I had planned around the noon pick up time that he had initially changed it to. -->Since he had lined up other jobs on the way to my destination, which meant bumping up my pickup time by a full day and pushing back my drop-off time by several hours, I expected a price adjustment from the original quote (or even at least an apology for moving things around on me). Since the other customers that were on the way would also be paying for fuel and travel time and he was "piggy backing" these jobs onto mine, it seemed reasonable to me, but he still charged me the original full quoted price with full fuel charge and travel time. Andrew also based his original quote around 3 hours of loading/offloading time and it definitely did not take more than 2 total - I also helped unload at the destination and only have a 1 bedroom apartment's worth of stuff. After some back and forth, with Andrew basically saying that's how the moving business works (I wouldn't know that as a client and would've appreciated him being more up front about that), he finally gave me a $55 refund and I left it at that, knowing that's the best I was going to get from him. If you have time, I would look for a better option. In a pinch though, they're not terrible - at the end of the day, my stuff made it to the destination without damage.

Andrew and his staff were simply AMAZING - great price, great move. Love how careful they were with all my precious belongings and outright caring for my well being. Will hire again next time I move for sure!
