Paul and Adam were great. Very helpful and quick moving. Easy to talk to. Made our long move virtually painless. Glad we paid the money to hire someone. Moving ourselves would have been awful. You dont realize that until you see professionals working. Would use again/recommend PS nothing got damaged!

This move was horrific. No communication from the office after we specifically asked them to keep us updated. No one informed us that our moving team was going to be late. They were rude and disrespectful. The movers ruined our furniture and forgot peices, not to mention no apologies from the office nor the moving team. When I approached the company with my concerns and questions they did nothing but state "we can discuss this further" but then never got back to me. I used this company before for personal moving years ago; we are so shocked on the downfall of the company. Who has the broken furniture?? We do.. Who has the money?? They do, I guess we are at a loss for any kind of help.

The movers did a great job and worked very hard. They did overcharge me by one hour and damaged one expensive chair. The office for after sales service to repair my damaged chair and correct my billing has gone nowhere. Bad service. Would not recommend.
