Extremely disappointed with their service. We scheduled a service in mid-December but had to postpone it by a week due to floor servicing at our condo. The next available Saturday is Dec 24. We are doubtful because Dec 24 is widely considered a holiday. However, this service representative, called “Millicent” from 310-move assured that they will be servicing as usual on Dec 24. On Dec 24, we waited from 9am to 1pm which was the promised time frame. At 12:45 we called 310-move and reached “Millicent” and expressed our concern- she once again reassured us that the movers will be coming! (Although she mentioned their office closes at 1pm) Obviously no one showed up. No call backs or apologies from 310-move whatsoever afterwards, even when we called Millicent back on Dec 29 she never apologized or wanted to help. 310-move and Millicent is a complete waste of my time and it ruined my Christmas Eve. Will caution others to stay away.

The assembly service I received from 310 Move was great. Charles, the person who performed the set up and installation of my wardrobe, was efficient, careful, informative and completely professional throughout. He was on time and ready to get to work from the moment he arrived. I'd recommend him 100%. I even purchased another piece of furniture to be set up and submitted a request for him to do the work...that's how much I enjoyed his service.

I wish I could give 310Move a 0 star rating. They damaged my own property, scratched my floors, ruined some pre-exisiting furniture and left a MESS. I originally ordered some Ikea furniture and uses 310Movers to build the furniture at client's homes. Worst mistake!!!!!! Do not use them unless you want to damage your own property!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever!!!! Purchased a wardrobe from IKEA and the assembly has now been booked 3Xs and has still not happened!!! This company gives you windows for assembly then doesn’t show up, call, or reschedule!!! When I call to inquire about why no one has come, the customer service rep hangs up on me!!! When I call back and ask to speak to a manager, I’m told no one is available. ZERO customer service skills. IKEA needs to look for another company to do this service!

The selection of this company isn’t great . If ikea gave us assembly time as 9am-1pm and they arrived at3.30 ,so basically one wastes the whole day . Craftsmanship looks ok so far . Ikea too needs to value its customers time and keep the waiting range less , may be 1-2 hours ! Plus my second product was damaged according to assemble guys and I will wait for 2-3 days more for replacement . Such a pain !!
