My family has been using Avenue Movers for over 20 years and we have always been impressed with their service. When I found a new home recently I booked them for my move and again they did a fantastic job. Reasonable prices, honest. We estimated 7 hours and they finished in 5! I highly recommend them.

Extremely professional in all aspects. I highly recommend this company. The customer service team in the office went above and beyond.

After reading other mostly negative reviews, I was anxious while waiting for my delivery from Toronto's Urban Barn. I don't know other peoples' circumstances and there are always 2 sides of every story, but my experience w/ Avenue was fine. I was called by one their office staff once my order was ready (which included a couch and 2 tables), we agreed on a delivery date and I was texted a time slot 3 days before the delivery. The day of the delivery itself, the guys handling my stuff showed up 10 minutes early, then brought up and assembled my furniture, and had me sign the usual paperwork. Afterward I thanked and tipped them both, and they gathered up the boxes and wrapping and left. And that was the end of it; smooth and quick, no problems! Overall good experience w/ them. Main office was concise and helpful, and the delivery guys handled their job well and were in and out in 10 minutes.

We had a sofa delivered by them from Urban Barn. It was a bit too big to fit in the elevator so they brought it up three flights of stairs to our suite! It was quite challenging to maneuver the piece up the stairwell but they pulled it off. They were polite and courteous throughout. We tipped them and they went on their way. Thankfully everything turned out ok. We would definitely use them again!
