Not my first time dealing with this company but first time writing a review. I recently had to move some items and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. Karen reviewed all of the costs with me over the phone and provided me with an approximative arrival time. Pat and Roger arrived on time and were extremely professional. They both had our best interests at mind and were extremely careful moving my stuff in order not to damage the house or furniture. I would definitely hire this company again in the future if required. Karen, Pat, and Roger, thank you very much for your help!! Kelly

Best Experience ever. I had not moved in 25 years so was very nervous. The team was efficient, hard working and friendly. Would highly recommend them .

The best moving experience ever. And believe me, I know moving. I have moved 53 times in my life. This company was professional from the first phone call till when they completed the job. They even went out of their way to help out. Very courteous, helpful and professional. I strongly recommend this company and if I sound too positive, trust me, I have no interest whatsoever. It's just that in this day and age, it is a breath of fresh air to find good service and good people to help. Please keep up your standard DBB 👍👌

My GF had an almost empty 2 bedroom apartment (we had moved most of it on our own - WITH NO appliances to be moved!!) - anyways they sent 2 young teenager looking boys to move the rest of the stuff and it took them 4 hours to have her move completed so $650 later!!!! - NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL!!!! If I didn't have to work I could of done a better job and more than likely in a lot less time then they took... Moving my stuff was long and they took a 20 min break on my time plus an extra guy that I didn t even see unload my stuff because they told I didn't have to go to storage yes I know I shouldn't of listen and show up..... I put my stuff in storage never told me that they was a fee for blankets added to the storage fee and then if I want to pick up stuff in storage like my summer tires I have to pay 25 dollars to have a guy watch me because its a common storage oh and don t the 3 percent they charge you for using your credit card by the way they even charged stuff on my credit card without my permission. I don t mind paying when I know up front what I m paying for the owner said he was surprised that they didn't mentioned it well I m a supervisor of over 40 staff member some have been around for years and sometimes they forget even me ....
