I moved at a very stressful time in my life and it was nice to have people come to my home and make the move very easy!!! In my move I had some antique furniture that was very important to me, they took great care and it arrived without any problem! When BoxedInn arrived at my destination they were equally friendly and helpful, your care and attitude Was greatly appreciated!!!

The crew, handled our possessions with care both unloading and loading. They had a great crew at both ends who were patient with me during the unloading process. Even though I had imagined where I wanted everything, the guys had no complaints as I requested a couple of changes because things didn’t look like I’d imagined. Made a stressful time easierto get through. Thank you BoxedInn!!!

Donald the company manager/ owner admitted to fraudulently over charging by adding 2 hours of travel time to the charges for moving as his employee stated that they do not charge for travel time, however he said that it’s “my word against his”. He later refused to give insurance information for over $7,000 worth of damages (the higher value items being a tv worth almost 2k and a mannequin worth almost 2k) and has chosen to ignore my contact to him about this. I have passed this onto the required legal representatives to deal with them as they do not conduct business ethically and choose to not communicate back about reimbursing me for the damages. As for the bed mentioned in his comments: the crew after breaking parts of the bed blamed it on the brand, hey did also forget to give me bolts so I have asked to be reimbursed for every part that was broken, and lost by the movers. As for the “blackmail” he mentions, I told him that I will follow legal measures if I am not given the insurance information.... as I am stating the proper procedure if someone damages your own possessions: contacting the better business bureau, and if he refuses to do as such, call the police to deal with it. He is a manipulative sales man who can’t even afford an air con in his store, i am unsure where he spends the profits of his store but it’s definitely not put back into the quality of workplace.
