I have used the services last week and many occasions previously.. They have once again done a brilliant job.. I am really happy the way they have handled my Piano move and few of other high value antiques without a scratch.... I do recommend their services .. without a doubt

Excellent removal service! Came on time and packed promptly, especially the piano. Definitely will use their services again and recommend them!

Awful moving company - avoid at all costs. We organised for 3 movers and only 2 showed up - it took the manager 3+ hours to rectify. As a young girl, I had to move boxes and furniture myself to help them for hours, despite paying £400 for "professional" movers. We also incurred a £130 parking ticket because the movers parked on the pavement/sidewalk illegally, when it was not necessary to do so. The manager was horribly rude and unapologetic for all of this. Don't make moving any more stressful than it already is - definitely DO NOT book Thames Movers!

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE Absolutely terrible service, our stuff went missing when they sent it to Berlin as they did not pass on all the details to other 3rd party companies they were using. Stuff arrived 2 weeks later than we were told. We had to constantly call them to figure out what was happening and were often told that people would call us when they did not. When our stuff finally arrived many items were broken. Furthermore they kept saying that they would respond to our complaint but still have not responded despite many emails asking for this over the last 3 months. 1 star is too many.
