Amazing service. very good value for money. I used this company to move from Sweden back to the UK. Van was packed very quickly with the driver spending time to make sure the load was balanced and secure. All of my belongings arrived safely in the UK. Again van was very quickly unloaded. Driver was very polite . I would definitely use this company again, and would recommend to friends

Like many others when we came across VanOne we were wary. Other companies had quoted more than twice the price for the same move on the same day. Why were they so cheap? Price was a big issue with this move and even though our goods had little or no value we still needed them to arrive at the destination. We read all the reviews good and bad and decided to take the gamble because of the company’s transparency. We felt the way they dealt with the negative comments and the use of google as a review platform was smart. We are delighted with our decision. From first contact the customer service was excellent all round. Our driver was a lovely guy who supervised the loading of the van and made sure everything was stacked correctly. At the other end he arrived as agreed and unloading was quick and easy. There were no hidden or extra charges the price agreed at the beginning was the price. We will absolutely use them again and have already recommended to friends. This is a stripped back operation hence the lower prices but by no means poor quality or dodgy. Be clear about your needs and make sure you arrange your own helpers at either end. It is literally one man and the vehicle they are very clear about this but they are flexible and have a great ‘can do’ attitude. Book with confidence.

This would be a zero stars review if that were possible. Extremely poor service. The driver arrived for the pickup almost 3 hours late, and spoke no English (or Dutch or Italian, only Polish). The goods were not packed into the van properly. One item never arrived, one item was damaged, and several boxes of books were wet. Calls to the company to find out where the driver was went unanswered. Emails to the company to complain went unanswered. The rates from this company are cheap for a reason. AVOID!!! UPDATE: Vanone finally responded to my complaint. There are some issues with their reply though. I would definitely have complained to them directly, had they ever responded to my many phone messages and emails. Note that they STILL have not contacted me directly, but have only replied to this review I can only reiterate, avoid this company. They are unreliable and do not care about customer service once they have your money. They take a "deposit" from you, at which point they cease to care about you. You will also pay the driver quite separately, in cash. In retrospect, this dodgy arrangement should have set off alarms. And there will NEVER be a next time!

Booked a van to take my son's furniture from Fife, Scotland to Pamiers, France. The process was not only cheap compared to others but was perfect. The driver turned up early in Fife with a clean new ish van. He helped load everything into the back of the van and ensured it was secured. He was able to say when he would arrive with my son and he was spot on. He then unloaded with help, job done. Really can't fault our move, thank you VANONE. O and the staff on the phone were great as we needed to make changes. Awesome 😎

I suppose you get what you pay for in this world. Booked and paid for 2 vehicles, they sent just one and tried to cram it in. My good were at a storage facility who confined the volume of goods for me. When the vehicle arrived the storage company called VanOne and were told that they were sending one for now and seeing how they get on Website clearly says the maximum the vehicles can handle is 15 cbm. We had 20cbm to shift across Europe so after asking VanOne advice they told us to book 1 x 15cbm (a full load) and a 5cbm booking. I had used professionals to calculate the space required, and also it was in a storage container that I have spent my life loading etc so we knew it was 20cbm. My wife and I traveled before the pick up so I was not their for the loading. VanOne informed me that 2 vehicles would be collected my goods at 9am on a particular day, the first would take 15 cbm as thIs is the maximum the vehicle can handle (due to weight restrictions) and a second to take the balance. They didn’t, they lied and only sent one vehicle leaving part of my goods behind landing me with storage costs. Their argument was that the vehicle could fit more than 20 space wise so they had done their job, which clearly wasn’t what was agreed or their policy on the website. I am far from impressed they moved the goal posts. There was no way that weight of goods would fit on a van and we all knew it. That’s why we agreed on 2, that I paid for I have to be clear on and they did not refund. Not recommended. Customer service wouldn’t tell me anything and began dodging my calls. Only got a response when I complained and got some nonsense excuses about it being 25 cbm. I’d give 0 stars if I could. VanOne offered 25% off the next load which I s a joke as I paid for it once. Avoid and use professionals is my advice
