Worst service, owner is rude and unprofessional. I wish we had seen their review here !!!! Showed up at 1:30 PM instead of 10 AM, with the small truck. Walter, the owner, was completely rude and unprofessional. His guys took disappears for 1.5 hrs and then demanded advance in the evening and Walter threatened to take our stuff that was loaded in the truck to Toronto. Plus, they did two loads/ unloads by 11 PM and majority of the stuff was still left in the house to move. They did not bother to wrap any of the furniture, damaged the furniture and the walls on the stairs. Later, I told him that his guys only worked 6 hours, to my surprise he asked me to pay him for 9 hours and threatened to report to collection agency !! Totally ridiculous.

Do not hire these guys!!!!. I hired them for a move at 9:30 at my location and asked specifically for a large truck. The owner didn't show up at 9:30 and did not call. I called owner at 10:00 and he said that he will arrive in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later nobody came. I called again and was told again that they need another 20 minutes. Waited again and nothing.... FInally they showed up at 11:45. However the boss Martin showed up with a small truck. Martin (the boss) did NOT care to let me know in the morning that he doesn't have the big truck as promised, and instead kept lying to me that he will be there in 20 minutes, since 9:30. So he shows up with this small truck and makes lame excuses that he had to pick up the third guy for the move and that his big truck wasn't ready for today. I REALLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THIS. As a professional mover you supposed to let me know in advance. Either way I had no options then to move with the guys since I couldn't find anybody in that short notice. Half away through the move, his drivers than disappeared for 1 hour. Of course I was charged for it. There was no professional work done with moving the appliances or furniture. My stairs got scratched and damaged and at the end he was complaining that he did not make any money from me.... AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE THESE GUYS. MARTIN IS A BIG LYER.
