Really nice, helpful, careful, fast and the best price I could find- for 3 movers, not just 2. They moved 2 pianos for me across Toronto and back in under two hours with multiple flights of stairs. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have to separate my ratings in two. 1st part: The delivery of my 2 pianos (weeks apart) went as smoothly as can be expected. My communication with Jeff was efficient, timely and professional. The two gentlemen that performed the move were extremely professional and courteous in both instances. 2nd part: in my multiple discussions with Jeff I was very clear that I needed BOTH pianos tuned after delivery. He suggested to wait until pianos have settled a few weeks after the move before we tune. I tried to contact Jeff by phone and text at least 6-8 different times in the weeks after the move, to no avail. The first part I would rate a 5 star. The second part I would rate a zero star.

The guys at McNallys moved my upright grand up 15 steps with such ease it was unbelievable really. They took great care and provided an outstanding service. I saw a bad review after I had the job done and wondered if we used the same company. Thanks again for a job well done and I urge others in need to use this service. All the best JPS

Whatever you do, don't trust Ken or Jeff (Sheff) with your piano. I wouldn't trust them to pick up my lunch. They are both crooks and sociopaths.

Do not use Ken McNally to move your piano. I have never experienced such brash unprofessionalism in my entire life. The day he was supposed to pick up my piano, I was attempting to discuss the matter of timing with him, which had been poorly communicated in our previous conversation. This had caused a mix up that I was attempting to remedy. When I mentioned that he had not been clear about the issue of timing on the phone, he got extremely mad, and yelled at me to "find someone else to move the piano" and hung up on me. Instead of treating me like a paying customer, let alone a human, he abandoned his sole professional responsibility, and left me without a piano, which I desperately needed delivered that day. My event was almost ruined, and I cannot describe the amount of anger, and distress the experience has left me in this review.
