I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this service! I waited two weeks, to make sure I wasn't writing this from an emotional point, but rather a review of the service. I spoke to Daniel, the owner (self-identified as such) to plan the move and everything seemed set. I even sent an email, detailing the work needed and the material to move, before sending my $250 deposit, and confirmed that it was alright. Before describing the move, the following was broken by the movers, after I offered to cover the items, and they said they would use their own covers in the truck: a mirror, a TV stand, two bowls, my bed frame, and several small items in boxes marked "FRAGILE". Luckily, I had moved my electronics and valuables myself. On moving day everything went south! I was told 9 am and would get a call if they were running late. I started trying to reach Daniel at 9:45 am, via text first, then with calls around 2 pm. I finally heard back at 3 pm that they would arrive at 6 pm because they were doing a job in Arnprior. This was the first I heard of a scheduling conflict. When Daniel and his partner arrived at 6 pm, they proceed to blame me for not having a service elevator to use, when my email had detailed that it was booked at 9 am and the office closed at 5 pm. His partner spent the first half hour sitting on my couch reading the newspaper I was using to wrap items, saying that without the elevator, there is nothing he can do. Although, we had just determined that they can move the material in the hallway, and then call the elevator. After constant complaining and insisting that I hold the elevator, the truck was finally loaded, and we went to my new place. Here, I started emptying my truck, when Daniel insisted that I help them unload their truck first or it would "cost more because we'll end up taking longer." I could tell they were dragging their feet on purpose and opted to help with their truck so that they can follow my pace. This was so appalling, insulting and unprofessional. If I wanted to move myself, I wouldn't have booked their services. At this point, I was agreeing with what they said, to get my stuff, and have them leave; I was so fed up. This is when Daniel took the opportunity to stop the move and say that they won't continue without getting their full payment. I tried to discuss the broken items, but suddenly, he was no longer the owner and had a boss and stakeholders to answer to. Once the payment was received, they then decided that my bed and table couldn't fit, and they wouldn't take it apart to bring it up, so left it outside. It took me 20 minutes to take apart and bring up with a friend the next morning. Coming back on the issue of taking the bed apart - I had mentioned in my email and put it in bold to be sure it was OK, that I would need the bed and table taken apart and put together. I have the email from Daniel confirming that this can be done, but when he arrived, suddenly it was only possible at an additional cost! I never heard back from the company when I tried to do a follow-up. To say that this was a bad experience would be an understatement. The value is not worth it and there are other, as affordable, service in town. They offer great customer service and had I not been fooled by the niceties that Daniel presented over the phone, I would've had a much better experience.

Very professional and affordable. I have used them twice and I am very happy with the service .

These people like to disregard traffic laws, block sidewalks, and treat the public with disdain. DO NOT book these people to do your move.
