Used them for a long distance move and cannot recommend. The guys that came and took our stuff away were great, they were super nice and really efficient. The guys who delivered to our new apartment were also very nice and professional. The problem was between pick-up and drop off though.
When hiring them I repeatedly said that I did not yet have a permanent apartment and would be letting them know once I found one, I was told that this wasn't an issue. A few weeks after I moved overseas, I receive a message telling me that my stuff will be delivered on date X and that I needed to provide an address. I let them know, again, that I did not have an address yet and that they had told me that my things would remain stored until I could provide one and a date. After a lot of back and forth, they reluctantly agreed to store our things AT EXTRA COST!!
Once our stuff was delivered, my antique table had a broken leg, one of our frying pans was bent (how the?) and multiple glasses and bowls were broken. Perhaps putting the boxes clearly written fragile on the bottom of the palet and covering them with heavier boxes wasn't a good idea? But I don't know, I'm not a mover...
Service might be better if you're a NHL hockey player or a celebrity, but for us normal folks it was really disappointing.
