It has been more than a year now since my move with Europack from Calgary, Canada to Munich, Germany. Europack caused $4360 in damages to my musical instruments, charged me 3 times the quoted price and delivered my shipment 5 weeks late. They refuse to address the damages they caused by leaving my shipment in their yard for over a month unprotected. This was after they assured me they were equipped and experienced with sensitive items (in this case, musical instruments). They were non communicative at critical times and misrepresented their abilities to keep my shipment safe, to deliver my shipment from point A to point B, and to provide an honest quotation. Price quoted: $1050+insurance (yes, I paid for the only insurance they allow) Price paid: $4500 Time quoted: 3 weeks Actual time : 9 weeks Europack grossly misrepresented their abilities to safely deliver my shipment in the time agreed upon. You are not insured for damages under Europack and they are not under the jurisdiction of the Better Business Bureau. Overall, a truly terrible experience. David Lynch
