I loved this experience. They were early my old super told me but they waited respectfully until dead-on 9am to come in. All three guys were sweet and the captain, David, was beyond sweet! He even cut my dining table top to size when I told him it wouldn’t fit. He offered! And refused to be paid for it. Then he cut it perfectly with my ancient found-it-in-the-street-in-1992 hand saw. They transported 20 years of accumulated stuff to my new apartment, brought it all in, reassembled the bed David had disassembled for me in the old place, put the boxes where I had labeled them to be put. And just were overall totally wonderful. Moving is hellish and I had been dreading it for weeks. Choosing which movers was part of that nightmare. I am so glad I chose Imperial. Plus I negotiated a flat rate and they came in under budget!!!! I highly highly recommend!

We had an awesome move-out experience with Giorgio and his team from Imperial Movers. They were super efficient, incredibly thorough, and very professional. We had two stops on our move out and a ton of stuff - they handled all of it easily and with a lot of care. It was an incredibly smooth experience. I’d highly recommend Imperial, and specifically Giorgio’s team, to anyone moving to or from the New York area.

We had an awesome move-in experience with Edwin and his team from Imperial Movers. From the moment we met them, they were extremely friendly, polite, thoughtful, professional and thorough. They handled all of our items carefully and efficiently. I couldn’t be happier with the entire move-in process and result. I’d highly recommend Imperial, and specifically Edwin’s team, to anyone.

Giorgi and his team were fantastic! They were highly professional and friendly. I literally did not have to lift a finger. They packed everything in an organized and neat manner. I moved out and into non-elevator buildings and they kept their cool. I highly recommend them!!

After 20 years of moving New Yorkers, we have learned how to deal with any type of situation during a move. Many moving companies try to expand to hundreds of trucks which can impact the quality of the service by hiring movers with less experience. We are passionate about efficiency so we hire only the best and most experience movers to our teams.
