Very happy with the moving service! The team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with our belongings. They took the time to properly wrap and protect all our fragile items, ensuring everything arrived safely. The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend their services!

Never again! I used this company 3 times and referred them to a lot of people……what a mistake!!! The last time the movers did not arrive with the required tools requested to undo a bed. I had to waste time trying to find tools to supply to them….when I’m limited in tools and everything is packed! They lost a bag of my items. . Approximately 500$ worth of belongings. The movers are POSITIVE the bag was put on the truck but have no idea what happened to it. Must have fallen off of the truck somewhere along the way. The movers and I spent over a half hour searching through the house for the bag but it was never found……and then they charged me that half hour extra on top of it. My claim for my belongings was refused because I did not make the claim in writing …..when I called them multiple times, I was never told what to do. They repeatedly told me they would look into it and call me back….which they never did! After two months and another phone call, I finally received an email for the refusal…..all my fault of course!!! Honestly…terrible service! Déménagement transat will obviously reply to my review pretending that this is of importance to them. IT IS NOT. The customer service is absolutely horrible!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! If I could give 0 stars I would...They broke my window and my 70" TV during my move last week. Made an insurance claim and they are refusing to cover the damages !! DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They do not take responsibility for their reckless employees !!!!!!

July 2022 - I would NOT recommend doing business with Transat. They damage property, have you pay immediately on the pretense that they will fix damage, and then disappear. See photos. Took them over 2.5hrs to remove couch from home, damaging wall and door frame in the process. Said they would repair damages and then proceeded to ghost us ever since. DISHONEST AND DISAPPOINTING. Worst of all, the leader of the team that managed the move was TOXIC. Belittling and treating his colleagues in ways worse than we have ever seen. The lack of respect and outright physical aggression this team leader had towards his colleagues was shameful to see and made the 10+ people who witnessed the move cringe and even feel the need to intervene. Save your money and go elsewhere. Update Jan 2024 - we were never contacted in any way to resolve this issue, the damages caused by Transat were repaired at our expense. We have recommended to all those we know to avoid this unprofessional company.
