Showed up a day late, spent 9 hours moving half my stuff a matter of blocks, left the rest behind, and charged for their trip back to the garage. Note: "Saskatoon Movers" AKA "Two Small Men With Big Hearts" is NOT two men and not local. They run the exact same ad in Calgary. And they overbook.

I made a big mistake by going for the cheapest price for movers on Kijiji and learned the hard way when they didn't show up all day for my scheduled move. I called about 10 places looking for a last minute company that could help me out with no results. I then called Saskatoon Movers and spoke to Brian who heard my story and made a valiant attempt to get a crew out that evening. Unfortunately(and rightly so), his crew in town didn't have any gas left in their tanks from working all day, but he promised they would be there first thing in the morning. His boys did not disappoint! They were there on time, just as he said and worked their butts off all day loading and unloading our house. Great guys, with great work ethic, customer service and great sense of humour! Hands down I would recommend Saskatoon Movers to anyone in need of their service. Top notch professional service! Also, they weren't the most expensive or the cheapest either, but right in the fair market and trust me, you get way more than you pay for.

Saskatoon Movers offered my wonderful and efficient service at a professional, affordable cost. I hate moving and always leave it to the last minute, so I tried Saskatoon Movers out to see if it would make my experience different and it did, the guys were fast, professional and acted like they cared about my belongings. It reduced my time by half and I didn't have to touch barely anything since they did it for me. I would defiantly book them again and recommend them to anyone.

Saskatoon Movers was great when I needed help moving. I had a lot of stuff moving out on my own and they made it easy. Very professional and fast. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is moving. It was a great experience and next time I move I will book them again.

I wish I had ready these reviews before I hired them. We are also NOT happy with the additional untold travel expense of $47.50 we had to pay. We were told that we had to pay for travel time from the edge of the city to our condo in Osler. The guys called us when they were on the edge of the city (@2pm) and made it to our place at 2:20. That was fine. Thats when surprises start. I hired 2 guys and a truck and they showed up with three, and were doing everything they could to get me to agree to the higher 3 man rate. I stuck to my guns and they eventually backed down. We literally had LESS THAN 20 ITEMS. The guys were done unloading the truck at our new place at 4:00, but had damaged a dresser, so they were discussing it and looking at it and kind of trying to fix it. When they gave up they looked at their watch and charged an additional 1/4hr for the move. so 2.25hrs. Not super happy but whatever. not sure why I have to pay for them to look at their mistakes... I too felt a bit ripped off with the surprise of an additional travel cost of 47.50 which was on top of to the actual travel time. Plus a fuel surcharge of 7% even after I specifically asked if they charge for fuel...and they said NO on the phone. Not to mention not receiving the advertised 5% Seniors discount. Buy dont worry if you have an issue Gordon Way (the main contact on the website) cant help you, you have to talk with "Darcy ?!?". "She is in charge of invoices." Nice excuse to avoid dealing with issues yourself! Darcy: AN ABSOLUTE MODEL OF POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, and probably the real reason for this review! Rude, unapologetic and full of excuses. Once I learned I was getting no where with her the conversation ended. This woman will cost the company more than she will ever help...she needs to be kept away from paying customers! Good luck dealing them if anything serious were to happen! On the bottom of the invoice printed is Saskatoon Movers/Budget Movers...so not sure the connection, but now I would avoid BOTH!
