Nothing but a bunch of crooks on the mechanics side. They say its 337 for oll chage but if there are any problems, and they will create them, they are instructed to take their time because it goes to a hourly rate. When they take off the oil filter amd the nipple comes off with it and it takes the guy an hour to show everyone what a filter looks like it becomes hourly rate. It will take them 5 hours to chnge it and 2 hours for lunch. When you try to talk and reason with the owner that something isnt right. 600-800 for oil change (for people who are from out of town....so welcoming) they get this attitude like someone justin Trudeau crapped out of his own degenerate filthy @55 and threaten and bully you into paying. Nothing but a bunch of low life crooks and the old man whose been there sinse they opened....he lets them manipulate him any way they want. "Oh hes been here sinse we opened" and make him feel special so he will be their b1tch and do their dirty work. This place is pathetic. These are people i wouldnt ever want to do business with and i have to wonder about people who leave these great reviews. Beware, you have been warned!

Very pleased! I had scheduled an item to be moved and due to a miscommunication we didn't meet up. The company made every effort to make the situation right and did a great job! Excellent customer service as one can expect from a long time Yukon company. I would recommend them.

If you absolutely have to use this company - I mean really have to - get everything in writing, no phone calls, no handshakes, get a scale weight as soon as you’re loaded, pack very carefully and expect breakage.

The 6 movers were friendly enough however they failed to listen to clear direction as to what was being moved to my new office and what was going to storage. Yes they did move everything in a speedy fashion however they misplaced my power cord from my computer monitor. They did replace the cord which was $35.00 and took 4 weeks to get here however in the last four weeks I have discovered that even more cords were missing including the printer and speaker cord and my desk(the part where the keyboard pulls out) is broken. I did mention the desk damage to the manager however after he replaced the $35.00 cord I have not heard anything back from them in regards to the desk. When I told the manager about the first missing cord he barely believed me which is why I haven't bothered to phone him back about the rest of the missing cords. Maybe the movers put the cords in the storage....but there I was in January at -40 trying to find my cords in cold storage. The thing is that when I was looking for movers this organization raved about itself. Not my experience. A person would think that if an employee was directed to unplug a computer and printer and move it to a new office that all the pertinent cords to that computer and printer would be right close by and mine were not.
