Do not recommend - rip-off

Came for about 15 minutes, charged about 150$ to pop open my door, and when we got the keys realized that he had damaged both doors' locks beyond repair - would not even consider a refund, even though we will need to hire someone else to fix what he broke and pay more - and on top of that was yelling at US, and hung up on US. I can not believe these other positive reviews are real - our family, and those in the neighborhood were absolutely in shock by his behaviour. Do not recommend...

Random mistake. Quick fix.
Thanks to Igor showing up within 20 minutes to pop my lock. Very honest and knowledgeable. Very random way of getting key locked in car. Will it cost ya? Of course, but what else are you gonna do?

Glad to give them a five star! They were a great help when I was living in Victoria with my cousin and both of us got locked out. The next day, they made a set of new keys for us. Thanks so much!

Quickly arrived and made me a new key for my 2002 Ford Ranger in about 10 minutes which works fine. Had a second made just in case. Highly recommend their service.

Charged $150 for a few minutes of work and didn’t resolve the issue that they said they could fix in advance. Overall horrible experience and would not recommend. Now we need to call someone else and pay more to fix the problem.

Amazing service and really friendly. Made a point of coming asap and was really efficient at removing the stuck key from my lock. Would 100% recommend.

Igor came out to help me get my car keys out from being locked in the trunk of my car, which involved opening the car doors and then releasing the emergency release switch for the trunk through the back seat, as it was the only way into the trunk without the keys... He was very professional and stayed with me to ensure I got my keys out. I was very impressed with his service and skill. He even showed up quickly and within the estimated time he provided me. Thanks again Igor, I really appreciate your help!

Was just locked out of my apartment. He was the first person I called based on his glowing reviews. It cost $189.00 to get back into my home in about 20 minutes from the time I made the call. Would highly recommend his services.
