I came into the store with a bike and tire pump that I bought a few years ago at a different store. The team helped me figure out why the pump wasn’t working! Great team and friendly staff. I also bought a helmet here that I love.

100% satisfaction guaranteed, but can’t return a item that has not even arrived in the store. Not one place does it state no returns on items special ordered on the website nor did the saleswoman say a single thing in store when placing the order. It’s been 3 weeks and the item just got “shipped”. The reason I ordered and even paid 50$ surplus compared to what they sold it at chainedreactions was because I thought it would ship faster and I could return it incase there were fit or any other issues.

Ok service, good staff, but since they've been bought by Go Auto they've lost what made klondike, klondike. I shopped there since they were on 149th and the previous owner was always there. Just not the same with new management. Definitely not willing to negotiate or make deals when trying to buy a bike like they used to be. Sales person told me they weren't allowed to with the new management.

I remember getting my skates sharpened there when I was a kid. I live in a different city now but was recently in Edmonton, and stopped by the new store, the staff are incredibly friendly, they had everything I was looking for, and the prices were fantastic. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Edmonton.
