Husband went to exchange a shirt that was defective. The store was empty, but the manager was busy so he waited about 7-10 minutes. When the manager finally came over he didn't acknowledge us at all. Looked at the shirt, found where the stitching was ripped and kind of rolled his eyes. Processed the exchange, still never acknowledging us and walked away. Horrible customer service. It's unfortunate, because the first trip was really positive, but now we will likely never shop there again, especially with so many other options available in that mall and surrounding area.

The associate we had was amazing ,on February 23 2019 around 2:30 a man in the skates department was very helpful ,my boyfriend and I were very pleased with the interaction that we had with him and will definitely be visiting hockey life again just because of him .He was very knowledgeable and helpful towards the skates and needs of what I wanted . Thank you again for you help and I hope more people put in the effort that you did .

Great selection of hockey equipment, friendly and helpful staff, and a very hockey-themed store atmosphere make this a fantastic place to do any of your hockey related shopping. Some items can be pricey, but they have sale items frequently throughout the year where you can always find a good deal.
